Product Authenticity & Condition
We take pride in guaranteeing complete authenticity across our product catalog:
- 100% Brand-New Hardware: All smartphones sold on CellZilla are factory-sealed, un-activated, brand-new devices directly sourced from authorized distribution networks.
- No Refurbished Items: We strictly do not sell pre-owned, used, restored, or open-box devices.
- Product Information: We make every effort to display product specifications, colors, and storage variants as accurately as possible.
Pricing, Tax & Payment Terms
All transactions are completed under secure European banking standards:
Prices & Currency
Prices for our products are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable European taxes/VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust product pricing without prior notice.
Order Authorization
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or payment processing errors are suspected. In such cases, full refunds are immediately returned to the original payment method.
Shipping & Regional Distribution Policy
Our sales and logistics network strictly operates under these geographical parameters:
- Active Fulfillment Regions: We currently accept and ship orders exclusively to addresses within Estonia and the Netherlands.
- Free Express Delivery: Orders to Estonia and the Netherlands qualify for 100% Free Express Shipping with standard delivery timeframes of 2–4 business days.
- European Expansion: Service to additional European countries will open in upcoming operational phases. Orders placed from unsupported regions will be canceled automatically.
Right of Withdrawal & European Consumer Rights
Under European Union consumer law, customers retain standard withdrawal rights:
14-Day Cancellation Right
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of physical delivery without providing a reason, provided the item remains in its original, sealed, brand-new packaging condition.
Return Conditions
Returned items must include all original seals, accessories, and promotional materials intact. Devices with broken seals, user activation, or personal account sign-ins (e.g., Apple ID / Google Account) cannot be accepted for withdrawal returns due to data protection regulations.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
CellZilla OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device misuse or courier delays beyond reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and applicable European Union consumer regulations.
